Sam teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a flowing, dynamic style of yoga linking breath with movement to build strength and stamina whilst improving flexibility and balance. Her aim is to guide you on a journey into your body where you will discover new strengths, flexibility, increased mental clarity and confidence. Sam will be on maternity leave from July to September 2013. Please check back for new end of year dates! .
The program uses concepts and techniques for instruction that have been developed by Sapna Sondhi Dutt in the course of teaching and practicing Yoga over the past many years.
